We do not accept returns for change of mind on non faulty items.

 

If you have received a damaged item please email a photo of the item, box & shipping label within 48hrs to daisy@daisycooperceramics.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Shipping

Please allow up to 7 days for standard postage & up to 3 days for express postage in the Uk. We are not able to give you an exact arrival date of your order, best way to track your order is to enter the tracking number into the couriers website. 

 

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5 for Uk orders & £35 for Australia / New Zealand orders.

If you are based in any other countries, please email daisy@daisycooperceramics.com to discuss postage costs.

 

All orders will be processed within 2-4 days and posted out via Royal Mail or Evri for Uk orders & Royal Mail for International orders.
