Have you thought about starting a journey or expanding your knowledge in ceramics?
We will be running 6 weeks courses from our beautiful Clae Space studio in Research, starting in August. At these courses, you will learn more deeply about clay, handbuilding and wheel throwing techniques, as well as an introduction to firing and glazing methods. We will teach you all the fundamentals of working with clay but encourage you to unwind your imagination and take this opportunity to work on your own ideas, with the kind guidance of our experienced teachers.
Everything you need it’s already included in our course prices, from the materials to the glazes and firings.
We want to also highlight that this term we will start offering 6 weeks clay courses for kids aged 9-15yrs. They are a great way to nurture those young creative minds and allow them to unfold their imagination in a safe and productive environment. Kids workshops are run from 4pm - 5:30pm, Mondays and Wednesdays. Please find more details here.
All courses are perfect for beginners, as well as people with more experience in ceramics.
